Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
AutoResinUK Ltd ("AutoResin", "we", "us") provides a workmanship warranty of up to fifteen (15) years on resin flooring installations completed by approved AutoResin installers. The exact coverage term for each project is stated on the related quote and invoice documents.
This warranty covers defects arising solely from installation workmanship, including:
- Delamination or peeling caused by inadequate AutoResin surface preparation.
- Bubbling, blistering, or pinholing attributable to installation error.
- Significant colour inconsistency caused by incorrect mixing or application.
2. What Is Not Covered
This is an installation workmanship warranty only. It does not cover damage arising from:
- Normal wear and tear such as gradual dulling or light surface marks.
- Client or third-party damage including impact damage, dragging heavy objects, hot tyre marking, or misuse.
- Failure to follow aftercare guidance provided at handover.
- Structural movement or substrate failure not caused by AutoResin.
- Moisture ingress that develops after installation and was not detectable at survey stage.
- Alterations or repairs carried out by non-AutoResin parties.
- Force majeure events such as flooding, fire, or severe weather conditions.
3. Warranty Period
Coverage begins on the completion date recorded in handover documentation. Duration depends on system type and project scope and is confirmed in writing on quote and invoice records.
4. Claims Process
- Contact AutoResin with a clear issue summary and photos via enquiries@autoresin.co.uk or WhatsApp.
- We review the claim and may arrange a site inspection during the active warranty period.
- If the issue is confirmed as covered workmanship, AutoResin carries out remedial work at no additional cost.
- If the issue falls outside coverage, we provide findings and, where requested, a separate repair quotation.
5. Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original invoiced client.
- AutoResin liability is limited to remediation of covered workmanship defects.
- Consequential losses, indirect damages, and loss-of-use costs are excluded.
- This policy does not affect statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
6. Material Manufacturer Warranties
Materials used in an installation may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Those warranties are independent of this workmanship policy and can be provided on request where relevant.
