We provide resin flooring installation for residential, commercial, and driveway applications. All work is covered by our warranty terms in the Warranty Policy.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Online quotes are indicative estimates based on submitted information.
• Final pricing is confirmed after site assessment where required.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
• All prices include VAT unless explicitly noted.

4. Booking and Deposits

• A 30 percent deposit secures a booking.
• Balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations close to install date.

5. Site Requirements

Clients must ensure site accessibility and utility access on the agreed date.

6. Warranty

Installation work is covered by our standard warranty. Full terms are available on the Warranty Policy page.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Public liability cover is in place subject to policy terms.
• We are not liable for misuse, poor maintenance, or third-party interference.
• Total liability is limited to the value of the related contract.

8. Cancellation

Consumer contract cancellation rights apply as required by applicable legislation. Charges may apply where materials or labour have already been committed.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, imagery, and branding are owned by AutoResinUK Ltd unless otherwise credited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
